I purchased some Fendi earrings (almost $500) and upon arrival one of the earrings was tarnished. I immediately notified Matchesfashion.com. I asked if there was an opportunity to exchange for another pair. I was asked to send pictures of the earrings, which I did. I was told that a decision would be made within 48 hours and someone would contact me at that time. 48 hours went by - no response from Matchesfashion.com, 72 hours went by- no response, 96 hours went by- no response, 120 hours- no response, 144 hours went by- no response. Only after I contacted Matchesfashion to hold them accountable to ME as a customer did I hear from them. They acted as if I was bothering them, and said that they wouldn't be providing a monetary credit or refund and that I need to return the item. I HIGHLY recommend that you don't purchase anything from this retailer. They don't value customers, they aren't customer service focused, and they sold me tarnished earrings without trying to make it right. I don't ever plan to purchase anything from their site going forward.
