I placed an online order but never got an order confirmation on July 25,2020. I contacted the company via email and waited a week to get an answer. They found my order and said I would have delivery in 2 weeks. I emailed 2 weeks later and they told me they cancelled the order and I would get credit in 14 days. I emailed them everyday starting 8/14/20 with no reply from them as to when I would see a credit. I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
