I understand the need for small businesses to have the customer pay for return shipping, however, the price of return shipping makes exchanging a hat for a different size barely worth it. For a hat in which I paid $50 for, the return shipping to get one size smaller was $38. Now instead of a $50 dollar purchase, I am close to $90 down. The hat is overall nicely made and I enjoy it, however, in a business where often more than one purchase needs to be made to find the right fit, this is borderline scummy. It would have been at least nice for the company to offer a partial cover of the shipping at least, just to ease the sting a bit!
In the future I will be shopping for hats elsewhere, checking a return policy very closely before making any purchases.
