I have used one or two products from Kiss Cosmetics in the past, and recently I needed a concealer, and was on a budget and I decided to try the RK by Kiss Pure Mineral Concealer, High Definition Smart Blend in the color RMC03A, Rich Caramel.

Of course i was a bit skeptical about the amount of coverage that this product would give me, but I decided to take a chance. I bought this product in the beauty supplies store in my area, and I started using the product almost right away as a concealer, and I was amazed at how well it covered the area around my eyes, and it provided a good contour base as well.

The total cost was approximately $3.49 and it did not break my face out, thank God. The net wt is 12g (0.42 oz) and it last a long time. I am very pleased, It also works for me as a concealer and also as a good contour; they also offer different shades of course. I have since bough another and all is well.

I would highly recommend the RK by Kiss Cosmetics Concealer to the makeup to all women who use makeup and particularly a Concealer. Of course their are different shades to choose from.

Its is reasonably priced and it provides good coverage. Go buy it...!

So I ordered my regular Sephora Powder 62 toffee spice- caramel matte perfection powder and I also ordered my Fenty liquid foundation, as the color that I wanted was very elusive as Rhiana's products rocks. Needless to say, the Fenty color was great, but it was a little too dark for my skintone, so I have to order a much lighter color. Anyway, I had not received my box from Sephora, which was strange, as I had expected to receive my order in a couple of days, and I love Sephora, I like their products, and I have not had any issues with them in the past.

I called their Customer Service number and they told me that the box was shipped on a particular date, and they checked and told me that the deliverer had just left it at the door. I told them that I did not see a package at my door at all, and they said that they had used a third party deliver. The representative was helpful and she told me that she would be reshipping my package, I was disappointed, but they later shipped me out my order, to be delivered by UPS. During the conversation, I had spoken to the representative about a promo code that i had used to get a free bag with some cool items in it like mascara etc, not sure exactly, as I had just choosen from 4 bags with different products. I also had used 100 points for a free Fenty lipstick. The representative promised to include this bag, however, I only received, the Fenty liquid foundation and powder with 2 free samples not three. I did not receive the bag with the items nor the 100 points lipstick. Please be mindful that 100 points had also been deducted from my points.

I have since called three times, the last time being today regarding my promo code bag with the goodies that I did not receive. I also realized that Sephora took back the points based on my purchase about 54, which should have been added and they had deducted the 100 points for the Fenty lipstick not received. I spoke to a lovely representative about a week and a half ago and he was kind enough to add my points back for me, and he gave me an additional 100, so cudos to him. He also told me that I would be receiving my promo bag to be shipped soon.

I called Sephora today, and the representative told me that she had submitted a form to be approved for them to ship my promo bag with the goodies within a couple of day. So the overall turnaround time is so far about a month to get my promo bag.
Now I love Sephora, and I am willing to work with them as I have been to get my bag.

So I bought a television set from Overstock.com approximately two years ago and I also brought the 2 year Warranty as well just for my own protection. Luckily I did as the LG TV that has shown so beautifully, has started to act up consistently. The picture had began to get start and blinky, I thought that my eyes were playing tricks on me, however, my eyes were just fine. I then called Overstock.com Repair Service

This TV picture started getting blinky, shadowy after about a year, the picture is like a bad flashlight, I don't think That this Tv is still being made. Awful service from Overstock.com and their repair department. I will be writing a review on Site Jabber where I have had t least 90,000 people and counting reading my written reviews. Service or Repair at Overstock.com repairs is awfully sub-par, just being given round
As if they want to frustrate me into submission or defeat. But I will keep writing... Do not buy their electronics or appliances because when they go bad they will not fix them at all, they will break their parts and then send them back broken, they are dishonest and they will not honor your warranty! Beware of Overstock.com and their repair department...

Now I have to send my LG Model 32LB5600 tv for repairs for a second time as Overstock.com Repair Department for them to again repair my television yet again, even though they wrote back to me to say that they found no issues with my tv.

ASURION are the Insurers for Overstock.com, however their department is called Overstock.com Repairs... Go figure. I paid for a television and a warranty for 2 years and now I cannot even get my television repaired. I was told all sorts of lies from Overstock.com Repairs and have been inconvenienced greatly for about a month so far and still counting. I have not been reimbursed for my tv even though a Supervisor promised that he would be making sure that I either get a new television set or I get a reimbursement.

I would advise anyone reading this review to be careful of Overstock.com Repair Department/Asurion. They will not honor your warranty.

So i closed this account with Milestone Credit Card and set up recurring payments for a couple months so that this card would be paid off. I got this card a while ago and was unaware of their annual fee, as this was over 100 for a $300.00 credit limit which i was not going to pay to keep using this stupid card which is a rip off, and i didnt really need to use this card, i opened it on a whim and regretted it. However, I wanted to make sure that the card was paid off so I arranged recurring payments which would go until the balance was zero. They deducted the money from my checking account which worked for me.

So today I called them as i received a bill with a $25.00 balance which was cool as i know that they would be deducting same from my checking account... to my surprise Milestone didnt deduct this amount from my checking account, thus my call.

I spoke to a representative and she told me that i had missed a payment for this month which was a red flag... they had charged me a late fee. Needless to say i was pissed and i insisted on speaking with a Supervisor who never came to the line. However the representative decided to waive the late fee as this was not my fault and i wasn't going to pay it.

Anyway I paid the final balance and got a reference number and while she read the pertinent information to me she omitted to say that this was my final payment and that i didnt owe any money on this card. I of course interjected and then she included this verbiage and now all is well... hopefully

Beware of these little trick from these credit card companies and banks y'all.

So a couple of months ago, I ordered a pretty Blue dress from Sears.com. The item arrived and to my amazement, it was the wrong size. I had actually bought some other items as well from Sears online. I called Sears to try to get a return receipt for the items and was told that I could return the items to Kmart. I physically went to Kmart and was able to return two of the items, and I was also trying to get a different size in that pretty blue dress, however, they did not have the item at all and I was told that they (Kmart) was not able to refund me for the dress.

I called Sears and they told me to send the dress back, I sent the dress back through USPS and i am sure that they received it because it was never returned to me. I called Sears constantly to tell them that I had returned the dress, however I was given the runaround constantly by their associates. I then escalated the issue to the Supervisor, and he was so unprofessional and rude, he told me basically that they would not be able to give me a refund without a tracking number from me. ( I had misplaced the USPS tracking number but i was able to give them their item number and the date shipped etc.) It didn't help. I asked them to then check to see if they dress was returned to the Warehouse, as I had all the information to where the package was sent. Sears would not budge and told me that they did not have the dress. I knew that they were lying and were robbing me blind... THE PRETTY BLUE DRESS COST ABOUT $22.00 AND I WAS NEVER REFUNDED AFTER RETURNING THE DRESS. I called after and was just given the runaround, until I just forgot about it. Now I feel propelled to warn Customers about Sears and who they really are.

Their Customer Service crew and unhelpful and their policies regarding returns are unfair. I RETURNED THE DRESS AND I WAS NEVER REFUNDED MY $22.00, its been months and i know that they received the dress in their warehouse, but no one bothered to check.

BEWARE OF SEARS, THEY ARE NOT A FAIR ESTABLISHMENT, BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE. BEWARE ALSO OF KMART, AS THEY WERE JUST AS BAD, AND BOTH COMPANY'S ARE ASSOCIATED.

SINCE THEN, I HAVE NOT PURCHASED ANYTHING FROM SEARS.COM OR KMART, AND NEVER WILL, AS THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND FOR A DRESS THAT WAS RETURNED AND THAT THEY HAD ERRONEOUSLY SENT THE WRONG SIZE TO ME IN THE FIRST PLACE. THE MISTAKE WAS THEIRS NOT MINE AND NOW I AM LEFT WITHOUT MY REFUND.

SO I JUST WENT ONLINE AGAIN AGAINST MY BETTER JUDGEMENT TO ORDER WIGS THAT I SAW ON SALE. NOW I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO ORDER MULTIPLE WIGS, (ABOUT 3) ALL WEEKEND LONG, I WAS TRYING TO ADD ALL THREE (3) WIGS TO MY CART BUT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL.IT WAS FRUSTRATING AS GROUPON.COM SITE WOULD ONLY ALLOW ME TO BUY ONE WIG AT A TIME. SO FOR THREE WIGS, I WOULD HAVE TO PAY APPROXIMATELY 5.95 FOR SHIPPING, THEN TAX ON EACH THREE DIFFERENT TIMES. HOWEVER, WHAT WAS MOST FRUSTRATING, IS THAT GROUPON WAS OVER-CHARGING ME FOR ONE WIG, THE TOTAL PRICE ON ABOUT 2 OF THE WIGS THAT I WANTED.

SO NOW TODAY, MONDAY, I DECIDED TO CALL INTO GROUPON.COM TO SPEAK WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT AND AFTER CHECKING TO SEE IF MY CART WAS EMPTY. I TRIED ORDERING ON MY TABLET AT HOME AND NOW TODAY I USED MY PC. TO MY SURPRISE, I WAS HAVING THE SAME ISSUES OF GROUPON.COM OVERCHARGING ME FOR 1 WIG, (THE PRICE OF TWO WITH SHIPPING AND TAXES).

I CALLED THE FIRST REPRESENTATIVE, WHO WAS A MAN, WHO I BELIEVED TRIED TO HELP ME SOMEWHAT, HOWEVER AT THE LAST MOMENT WE GOT DISCONNECTED. I AM NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED THERE, SO I CALLED BACK. LET ME SAY THAT I EXERCISED THE PATIENCE OF JOB FROM THE BIBLE, WITH THE SECOND REPRESENTATIVE WHO WAS FEMALE. THIS WOMAN KEPT GIVING ME THE RUNAROUND AFTER I EXPLAINED THE SAME ISSUES TO HER CONTINUOUSLY. NOW I HAVE WRITTEN ABOUT GROUPON.COM AND THEIR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE, AND SO I WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS CALM AND COLLECTIVE. THE REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME TO TAKE A SCREEN SHOT AND SENT HER VIA EMAIL WHAT I WAS SEEING. AT FIRST I WAS NOT WILLING TO DO THAT, HOWEVER, I ENDED UP COPYING AND PASTING ORDER SUMMARY TO HER IN AN EMAIL.

UPON SENDING THE FIRST EMAIL SHE ASKED ME WHAT EMAIL ADDRESS I WAS USING, I TOLD HER WHICH ONE, AND THEN SHE SAID THAT I WOULD HAVE TO RESEND THE EMAIL WITH THE EMAIL ON FILE. I THEN SENT HER ANOTHER EMAIL WITH THE EMAIL THAT IS ASSOCIATED WITH MY ACCOUNT.

THIS REPRESENTATIVE HAD PLACED ME ON HOLD ABOUT FOUR OR SO TIMES, AND I FELT FOR SURE THAT I WAS GETTING THE BIGGEST, WIDEST, RUNAROUND THAT ANYONE COULD IMAGINE. REMEMBER, I HAD CALLED BEFORE AND HAD BEEN PLACED ON HOLD NUMEROUS TIMES, BUT MARK YOU THIS REPRESENTATIVE WAS OKAY, EVEN THOUGH I GOT DISCONNECTED.

THE SECOND REPRESENTATIVE WAS SO INEPT, WHICH I TOLD HER BEFORE I HUNG UP THE PHONE, SHE WAS SO FRUSTRATING AND AWFUL, AND SHE DIDNT TRY TO HELP ME AT ALL. DURING THE CONVERSATION I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH HER SUPERVISOR, AND SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WOULD TAKE MY NAME AND NUMBER AND PASS MY INFO ON TO THE SUPERVISOR, AS THIS IS NOW THE PROCEDURE TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR WITH GROUPON.COM. I REPEATED MY NAME AND NUMBER AND THEN I ASKED THIS HORRIBLE REPRESENTATIVE WHAT WOULD THE TURNAROUND TIME BE TO HEAR BACK FROM THE SUPERVISOR, AND SHE TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NO TURNAROUND TIME, AND THEN SHE TOLD ME WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS WHEN I INSISTED ON A TIME.

I AM SO FRUSTRATED WITH GROUPON.COM AND I KNOW HAVE A SLIGHT HEADACHE FROM THE CONVERSATION WITH THE LAST REPRESENTATIVE, SHE TOLD ME THAT I AM NOT HELPING HER, EVEN AFTER I SENT HER 2 EMAILS TO SHOW WHAT I WAS SEEING, SHE ALSO TOLD ME DURING THE CONVERSATION THAT SHE IS NOT ALLOWED TO VIEW MY CART, AS IT IS "ILLEGAL" I THINK THAT IS THE WORD SHE USED.

I AM JUST SO FRUSTRATED WITH GROUPON.COM, AS I JUST KEEP GETTING A LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND SERVICE FROM A LOT OF THE PEOPLE THAT I HAVE SPOKEN TO ABOUT ONE THING OR ANOTHER.

NEEDLESS TO SAY, I AM WIGLESS, AND EVEN MORE ANNOYED AT THEM FOR THEIR LACK OF CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.

SHAME ON THAT REPRESENTATIVE, WHATEVER HER NAME!

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES SHOULD BE ABLE TO EFFECTIVELY WORK EFFICIENTLY IN CUSTOMER CENTRIC ENVIRONMENTS.
