My sending activity on my account has been suspended for over a month. After making all their change requests they have gone completely dark on me. Not a single reply from them in well over a week. I've opened half a dozen new support ticket requests, replied to old tickets asking for help, and emailed them directly all to absolutely no effect. My account is still suspended and they've left me with no path forward. This hurts my business directly. They obviously don't care at all about customer support and satisfaction.
