Cause Box does not care about customers or customer service. Once they have your money, they keep it no matter your satisfaction with their service or product. They have no capability of handling gifting options either. Their only solution is to have you put the recipient's email address on the account, which they recommend you DON'T do - because then the recipient will have your billing information and you will no longer be able to cancel the automatic renewals. Cause Box relies on you forgetting to cancel since once they have your money, you'll never see it again no matter how many future boxes are on your subscription. Stay away from this service. There are many better subscription box options out there with more reputable customer service.

Mixbook's website is really easy to use. There are lots of designs to choose from and when you select one to use to make your book, you can change or move or delete anything you want. They were running a great promotion, but I didn't finish my book in time. I contacted customer service via chat and they were able to help me apply a new promo code that was just as good. Best of all, they delivered my book a day early and it was beautiful!
