This company leading me on a goose chase. I payed $94.98 on 4. 17. 2020 Never got the product yet. A scam
Tip for consumers:
Beware consumers this is the second time and possible a third time on another product I'm waiting on during covid 19 on masks that I've purchased since the 17th of last month and have not received these items as of yet, These people shall be penalize for the fraud that they are doing to consumers such as myself. I've purchased other items on the same day as I did with these so called companies that I'm voicing my concern about. My other items through trusted sites such as Amazon I got.
Products used:
I never received the product I purchased since April 17,2020. This so call bogus company was sending me emails during the pandemic, So I decided to purchased from them thinking ok it's here in Miami Beach that's not far so I should get it sooner. The so called address they used was 1521 Alton Road, Miami Beach, FL. Suite53. They went by the name Nvoyages. Once I submitted my payment for the Safe breath Pro face mask with the filters in the amount of $94.98 It went directly to another address in NewYork that's when I was like what the hell. I started contacting them by email at Gadgetsul so called attached company then it's *******@freshsleep360.com to this day 5.14.2020 I haven't received my product as of yet. They claim they shipped it, but they created the ticket as if they were to send it through usps, but usps stated they never sent the item either. They are a scammer And some person by the name of Kelly Dorman so call support team isn't helpful either cause they giving the information I'm looking for about my order I payed for. I asked for my money back I didn't get an answer from that either. So now I will take the next step to file right now a claim to FTC.
I've tried reaching them twice they are not responding to my messages, but I will be filing my complaint on them to the FTC companies like them should be revoked from doing any business. Especially doing these times false advertising. Now I see one post on here someone lpl received their order so what they sending orders to certain people. I payed in total $92.93 and all they can do for me is refund me my money. I made this purchased on April 17,2020 the last time I was able to check they showed it was shipped on their sites, but I can't find nothing from any carriers on a dam tracking number. I'm going to file my complaint today.
Tip for consumers:
Beware cause from what I feel as of right now. They are full of crap and they are a dam scam. They didn't even earn a dam star but since I had to select it I see to tell others to stay away. They get just what they deserve whatever coming to them cause they scamming people during these times. The same way this company stealing from people is the same way they will lose more then that. I will report them
