I ordered a white sequin dress for my reception. When it arrived, it was a iridescent color, which did not look anything like the picture/color I selected. It looked more like the the "As Pictured" color. I reached out to customer service & got a complete runaround. Needless to say, I still have the dress, because they were making me pay the return shipping- which was $130, that's about as much as the dress cost! Also, when the dress arrived it had a different company name (Hebeos), so F.Y.I. They're the same people.
Tip for consumers:
The cost of returning the product, if the product is shipped incorrectly that the customer is still responsible for returning cost, and the only communication is through email.
