I had to cancel a flight just 10min after my booking. I called the customer service, which walked me through the cancellation process. After going through a thoughtful identification process I thought that my cancellation was made. The customer service didn't mention that I had to confirm any Email. To my surprise, two weeks later I received a reminder about the check-in of the flight I though was canceled. I lost 750$.

Won't book here ever again. Try other sites like travelgenio, opodo or kayak. They offer much better services than this.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use the site - or if you do and have to cancel your flight, watch out for a confirmation Email and actively confirm the cancellation AGAIN.
