I placed an order on their app and it stated that it will take about 2-3 weeks to arrive, after that time passed, I checked on my order and now I had a new arrival date, I did not give it much importance as things happen, but then they missed the 2nd date and sent a support ticket and it's all automated, so the system says if I want to rather get a refund or keep waiting, well I waited this long, I did not mind keep waiting for another week or so, then I got very upset that it does not take that long to get an item, even if they missed the 1st or 2nd date. I requested a refund but the system said that I was out of the window to receive a refund. I reached out to support and they kept on sending me back to place a support ticket and after a long time going back and forth, they said sorry we can't give you a refund because of our refund policy.
The worst part, you can not talk to anyone on the phone with this company! I don't recommend anyone to use them...
