I subscribed to the medical guardian program for my elderly mother, and unfortunately I signed on for automatic renewals. Later in the year I noticed they automatically charged $443 to my Mastercard, I canceled the subscription as we already had a 24/7 care for my mother and never used the system. It took them over two weeks to reimburse me and when they did they charged me a $50 restocking fee, plus the prorated amount of $13 for their service. I'm sorry but $50 is a ridiculous amount for a restocking fee. I believe this is a way for them to capitalize on anyone cancelling their service. Unfortunately, I will never recommend this company anyone.
