Today I spent an hour talking with the company's sales rep who was actually quite effective at one thing... Avoiding all of my direct questions! I have to hand it to the guy, he should consider a career in politics!

As a small marketing company looking to outsource extra work, I am mystified that many of my direct questions were redirected and at times handled as if I was attacking him. He kept telling me that, "his company has a building in India", and they are a big deal!

I mean who cares if you have a building? I just wanted to know if I could get a corporate rate. This seems reasonable since I will be giving you 100's of clients in the next couple of years... at least I thought so.

There are definitely better outsourcing options in India (they even have a building)!

Yikes!
