I noticed that a contractor who defrauded me, and several other homeowners in and near my town had started up a new company and was listed on this site. I submitted in a negative review warning people of this guy and Houzz did not post my review and kept this contractor on their site and is promoting his company and services. I would never use this site.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use any contractors listed on Houzz.
