Purchased a 1-2' Condo Avacado tree in late October '21. Potted my tree per their instructions and placed in front of my window for sunlight. Continued to water and wait for it to grow. This never happened saw absolutely zero growth. Around the first of the year it started dying, leaves turned brown and fell off. Top 2/3 of the stem stated turning brown and dying. Several contacts with them came suggestions like too much water or not enough. Purchased a soil moisture meter to insure correct moisture. Then I was suggested to repot the tree with citrus potting mix containing perlite and get a grow light. After all these additional expenses all I got was 2 or 3 inch stem that was still green. After a short time a new stem started growing at the base and has 2 or three green leaves, the first growth I've seen since October. Now I'm starting over with stem less than an inch in length with two or three leaves. This was supposed to have been a grafted tree which would produce fruit without being outside. If the tree grows don't know if it will bear fruit. Very disappointing product. Since I did not purchase their tree guarantee not sure if the will do the right thing and stand behind their product. Did not spend a lot of money on the tree, less than $100, but it was good money. I have probably spent close to that in the initial potting and the extras to try to keep it alive.
