Worst experience ever. Been selling jewelry for 20 years on eBay. They took my jewelry. Lack of communication took several weeks to even get an auction going. There were platform software issues so I couldn't change reserve prices. I tried on their mobile app I tried on my computer. I tried several different browsers. I called their tech-support they seem to care less. Their fees are super high. They claimed it was a 10 day process. It took over three months. Then they lost two of my pieces for over a month, it took them to return it to me and I live two states away. Pretty much felt like it was a scam. Two of my high price items I was offered pennies on the value. Their professionalism lacked their customer service lacked their communication lacked their software platform, lacked the prices. They offered lacked long story. Short sellers beware and stay away!

As stated on our site, our process typically takes 10-14 business days from the point of your jewelry's arrival at our headquarters to payments being issued for successful sales. We recognize the preparations taken for your collection of jewelry extended beyond this timeframe and we missed a crucial opportunity to keep you better informed.

For the large majority of sellers whom we are fortunate to partner with, the feedback is overwhelmingly positive. Things don't often go wrong but we appreciate being made aware when they do so we can focus on identifying what can be done differently to prevent the issues from reoccurring. There is only a fee for our services in the event of a successful sale and it is respective to the amount your jewelry sells for. As a reminder, the services we provided you included complimentary shipping to and from our headquarters, professional cleaning and photography of your jewelry, complimentary grading with GIA and IGI, and the creation and promotion of your auctioned jewelry listings to our buyer network. We are confident the Seller Success Fee is appropriate for the services we provide however we'd be more than happy to discuss this and any other remaining concerns with you directly.
