Terrible product. It froze for no reason and I lost valuable footage that can never be taken again. Called GoPro - they just offered an apology and said they'll inform their tech team. Since the 'glitch', I've discovered it's happened again and again. Should just have used my phone. Terrible waste of money. Offered me a 15% discount on their other prodcucts - laughable! Can't understand why their teach team can't fix the issue - just not investing enough money in their product and living off their name.
