Five year warranty, the device completely died after about 18 months. They refuse to honor the warranty and instead keep sending me emails saying they are going to help, they do nothing, then send me a solicitation for a review. Over and over. Go to Nuovaluce Ultra, They have the original device that does not break down, and very good customer service. It turns out this sham company has a knock off product and many terrible reviews from the BBB. Buyer beware!
