I purchased the MP4 player that other reviewers have referred to. I purchased 4 for Christmas gifts, and bought them in November. In January, after the gifts had been given, I informed the company that one was defective (battery would not receive a charge from the computer, stayed constantly in "low power" condition) via email. They told me they were sorry I was unhappy with the product, but they only replace defective products within 14 days of sale. Never mind that I bought them as Christmas gifts, right? This company cares nothing about customer satisfaction despite all the corporate rep's disclaimers. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Stay away from epacificmall.com
