I will rarely leave a bad review. I inquired about the return policy being store credit vs refund. The chat assistant Ashley Cline referenced a bunch of links and signed off immediately - leaving me in a virtual start position. That left a bad taste in my mouth. I will no longer be shopping with Pink Lily due to this policy (which is totally fine it's their policy but it feels wrong) and second Ashley Cline may need some assistance in customer service. I don't expect you to change your policy but one should listen and give feedback. It's too bad I found most of the clothes to be cute. Only a few items needed to be returned, in fact, I only needed an exchange but they were out of my size.

Tip for consumers:
Only store credit is issued. If you stand behind your company you Shiism have good faith that customers will be repeat customers and not mandate store credit. Store credit should be issued to final sales only so if an exchange needs to happen you aren’t stuck with that product.
