I too wanted to return a dress due to change of mind for a refund as per their returns policy on their website. They kept saying no for various reasons. I told them I was making complaints to ACCC and NSW office of fair trading. They then offered a refund if I return the dress to China. I'm now refuting that I should pay for postage, tracking and insurance overseas given it's an Australian company. Its unreasonable postage. It really helps to know your consumer rights.
