The customer service department will not give you a refund for stores mistakes, even when you provide pictures of wrong item delivered that you did not order and bad food quality instead of reaching out to stores for not giving items ordered. They ask for proof, once given, they deny refund.
So just be aware you will not be refunded even when it is no fault of your own, their response was sorry you had a bad experience. Which did not help the fact I didn't have more money to buy something else, therefore did not have dinner. Smh bad customer service. I asked to close my account and will not use this app again
