just beware that if you follow their guidelines but return the goods - in accordance with their terms - you may be blocked - very Putinesque

Products used:
thinks its a high end boutique but really just an online expensive shop. One in-house perfectly acceptable designer but all their other designers now have their own online boutiques which renders this shop irrelevant.
I have been using them for over ten years but because I had the temerity to buy and return (immediately and ALWAYS in the state received) totally in accordance with their stated terms they have unilaterally "blocked" me because I have apparently returned too many things!!! I have kept and obviously paid for a lot of pieces but this is apparently of no interest to the customer "care" team.
I'm not sure that they have quite grasped the concept of online shopping. It seems simple to me: you buy/receive/like/dislike/keep/return. What else is there?
