I made an order December 30th paid for expedite shipping and that said 3-5 business date. To date i have not received my order. I check my account and see " processing" when I did a query i was was addressed in the query as a different person. They said they could not find a providence number. I had already done an order as a trial with a small amount of monrey and received the item. This time I spent much more money using the same address and used DHL as the shiper and now they are having problems with my order which they never had before. They provided a number as a contact number from outside USA I called the number so many times and the phone picked up you can hearing talking in the background and no one answering you.
Service is disguisting, I am frastrated and dissatified. I need My money back or the items.
I am not going to stop informing persons of my dissatisfied service until you either refund me my money or send me my order!
