Houzz Pro has added so many features in 2020, which adds value to what was previously just advertising dollars. Having a designated Houzz representative is a great asset. Our rep is there to answer questions and help us update our account.

Reason I chose this business:

Having a promoted account has sent us a number of leads. Although not every one becomes a project, some do. I don't use all of the features on Houzz Pro for managing leads or projects. We have our current design and estimating software that we use for those, but Houzz's format seems very thorough.

Reason I chose this product:

We use the external company website, video appointment scheduler, and occasionally source items through Houzz Pro.
