Recently ordered from their site 8 tubes of a very hard to find pigment as it is no longer made. To be precise it was Quinacrodone Nickel Azo Gold by the Golden Paints. I was so pleased to find this prized color only to be sent Azo Gold, a different color. So far, out of 8 tubes, I find out today the order was cut to 6 tubes of this color as they have some supply issues. Mind you I don't even want this color as it is not what I ordered or what was advertised. And here is the kicker, I was notified by Pay Pal that I am going to recieve a whopping 11.60. On Michaels site they say for the 2 tubes I am to recieve a credit of $40.52 Guess what I will be doing with my spare time. I am disappointed with being deceived about the paint and now gotta deal with a refund issue to boot. I hope this gets easier because all of it is going back to Michaels and I expect nothing less than a full refund.

Tip for consumers:
I won't deal with these folks again. There are better companies for quality art supplies who don't misrepresent themselves and the products they sell.

A few years back I ordered a sweater for $100.00 and had it sent to my daughter in law at her new apartment. It turns out tshe gave me a bad address so I contacted Shamrock and was told, after repeated emails and calls, that I had to deal with UPS. I contacted UPS who told me they returned the box to Shamrock. I begged for Shamrock to please replace it and send it out to my daughter and I never got anyone ever to return one email or even call. To this day they email me with all the new products etc. and I am just saying if you want to just throw your money away give it to St. Jude or anyone else, just don't order from these scammers.

Tip for consumers:
Just skip it and order from a site that you've checked the reviews for.

Products used:
none bought a sweater and never recieved it nor compensated for the 100.00 I paid, they directed me to UPS and UPS directed me to them, they wouldn't help in any way even though it was to have insurance on it.
