I'm general, their clothes are ok. Probably 3-4 stars but they're customer service is HORRIBLE, and shipping costs are outrageous. I've kept items to avoid paying $20 to return one shirt. (Btw, sleeves are always super tight, so beware of that). Customer service takes over a month to return emails and then those don't answer the issue. If they do answer, they don't follow through. I was told a return would be refunded instead of a gift card to their site but when I returned the items, I got a d$@# gift card. My initial issue was that I placed an order, then changed my mind when I realized I wouldn't get my order for a month. Two hours on the phone just to be disconnected. Then many email which weren't answered until the day after they shipped my items (a month later). How convenient. I will be complaining to the BBB if I don't hear from them in another two weeks for my latest email.
