I joined LycaMobile last month on a pay as you go plan. A week before the month was up, I ran out of data, so got a €30 recharge. I was not given a pin only the voucher number. I never managed to get the recharge working.
I was told it would take 24 to 48 hours for a decision. That was 4 days ago and still waiting.
Would definitely not use or recommend them.
