ECR are very dishonest. They try all possible explanation to escape from responsibility.They also co-operate with non-serious car providers f.ex OTO at Miami Int. Airport. I had to give up getting my rental car booked 2 1/2 months in advance. Had to take a long distance transport using UBER. Next day I rented a car with SIXT,Boca Raton. Perfect! OTO did not give me the car due to I refused to buy Tollpass. ECR used all kinds of dishonest explanation to avoid paying back to me the 2 months in advance payment of usd 235,- SO STAY AWAY FROM ECONOMY CAR RENTAL.
