This is an edit of a previous review. To cut a very long story short I ordered 2 hats in August 2021 which I returned due to poor quality.
I tried to contact them to confirm I had returned the products and could not get a response. I finally managed to get in contact on 6th October
And started a dialogue via Instagram.
On the 22nd November 2021 I sent them a message showing them the tracking stated they had received the hats. They agreed to honour the refund AS LONG AS I CHANGED THE REVIEW I posted on this site. I agreed to change the review, which I did.
It is now 22nd of January 2022 and despite me sending them numerous messages telling them I haven't received the refund, they choose to ignore me. I've attached pictures of our conversation.
I have now accepted I'll never receive the £50 but want to ensure that other consumers don't get caught out.
Steer clear of this company!
Hi Jason. Sorry to hear that. We have more than 200 different hats in our store from $19 (vegan felt) to $89 (Australian wool). I can assure you that the quality is always awesome for the price. We process refunds immediately after receiving the orders back. Please check your account and let me know at sales@foxsters.com. I double checked but we haven't received any email from you at this address.
