My HSA debit card was declined due to $0 balance. I called Fidelity and they informed me that they only administer the card and transactions, buy Alight is responsible for funding it. Alight failed to fund my account with MY money. It's almost impossible to get ahold of someone. After being transferred 5 times and being on hold for for 45 minutes, I was told that the card wouldn't be funded until the end of the month. All the while, I'm stuck with out of pocket costs for medical expenses and now I'll have to go through the always-fun experience of getting reimbursed. All the while they're making dividends off of my coworkers and my money. What a bunch of crooks!

Tip for consumers:
Ask any potential employer if they use Alight. If so, find a job elsewhere. I plan to find new employment over this.

As someone new to golf and as someone who whose kids want to get into golf, we drive an hour (past a dozen other golf courses) to get to The Views. Not only is the course well taken care of, the staff are all wonderful people. The instructors are so amazing with the kids and everyone treats us like human beings, unlike other, nose-in-the-air-culture places. Their kids clinics are not priced to make money. They are priced to get people there and once there, they are committed to making sure golf is an enjoyable sport. I haven't met the people who run this place, but it is clear that they care about the sport more than anything else. Thank you for helping my family get into the game. You've definitely made a difference in our lives.

Tip for consumers:
If you think you're better than everyone else, go elsewhere. If you love golf, this is the place to go.

This is a family owned and operated, highly-regarded, numerous-award-winning, down-to-Earth school that really believes in family values. Not only do they do a great job at teaching their kids to dance, they make sure they do it in a way that the children are growing a good, decent human beings. They treat everyone with kindness and friendliness. As amazingly good as they are, they don't act haughty at all. The owners are amazing, One of whom instructs full time (when I say full time, I mean full time, She lives for this and I strongly admire her passion). The other instructors are amazing, too.

Stop what you're doing and sign your kids up now

I was quoted a price over the phone on 11/4/2022. I then asked if there were any military discounts available. The woman told me how to verify my military status with ID.ME, which I did. She then said that the discount will be reflected in my reservation. About 10 minutes after ending our call, I got the reservations (I made reservations for 2 rooms) and the price had actually gone up. I called her to let her know the price was wrong and she said she'll call me back. I never received a call and she doesn't answer her phone or emails any more. I tried to get it resolved with another agent, but she refused to help. I tried again with someone else and no luck there either. Then, the day before my full payment due date (11/13), I tried to call to cancel so I wouldn't lose my deposit. No answer. No call back. I emailed and left voice mails to cancel. Finally, on 11/14, I was able to get ahold of someone that canceled and said I'll receive my deposit but gave me no verification that my deposit refund would be honored. Still waiting for the refund ($750). These people told me that the military discount was already applied. If it was applied, why was my rate higher, not lower? I'm 100% disabled veteran and this is how they treat me. Other than the first person I talked to that booked my reservation (and lied), everyone else was rude and unconcerned. I called the corporate line for the resolutions department to file a complaint. Katherine basically told me there was no official way to file a complaint, only that my reservation would be noted. Great, now everyone will treat me as a "difficult" customer. I will never sail with Norwegian again. She also told me they won't honor my quote. Resolutions department is useless. Even if by some chance they honored my quote, I've lost all faith in these people. I will forever be known as a difficult customer and will likely be treated as such by the crew. They've lost this family for life.

Tip for consumers:
Double check the price in the invoice. Know that they may lie to you. Just go somewhere else. Look at all the other negative reviews!
