I ordered three pairs of sneakers, was charged for three pair of sneakers, but shipped only two. When I contacted customer support, I was told that sometimes product is not available after the order is processed. They said they would refund the money, but still have not nearly a month later. Also, I should not have been charged for product that was not available in the first place.
