I purchased both head light and taillight film from RVinyl. The shipment arrived heat damaged. I requested a replacement for the headlight covering within an hour of receiving. The company responded with an auto reply saying management would need to review. The company did not follow up after.
I did go ahead and install the part of the order that was only slightly heat damaged. For the most part, that section was ok but not perfect. After three weeks, I reached out about again about the headlights. Collet, who seems to be in charge of ignoring customers, said that removing the tint from the protective film. See the attached picture to see how well that was going to work.
After sending the photo, Collet then told to me install the tint with a heat gun. I've installed enough tint to know that this wouldn't work. I started to get the feeling that they were blowing me off and delaying more. I sent a response that said I was refusing to waste my time doing so. They responded with the same auto reply that was originally sent.
At this point, I assume the company will ignore me like they ignore every one else.
