Fraud, fraud, fraud. Ordered product 10/27/16, still haven't received it yet. I've heard 3 different dates from so called customer service (and this was when they did actually answer the phone. Customer service is a joke, practically nonexistent. There is no way to track order, all it says in status section is "pending". No way to get refund. Do not, I repeat DO NOT order anything from cutebabybuy.com!
