I solicited this compny to rewrite/tweek a raptor program that I got a C on. The program that they wrote did not work. An error would occur every time I tried to running the program. I told them about it many times and sent pics of the error. 4 days after the deadline for the assignment to be turned in, I was told that the reason that I am getting this error is due to version mismatch of the raptor program and they cannot refund my money. The expert was using a different version of the raptor program, not me. I was told to install this different version of the program and it would work but I dont think I can tell my professor to install this version so he can grade my assignment. I would advised everyone to stay away from this company because if you have an problem with their quality of work it will not be resolved. It will result in lost time and money.
