I tried for months to cancel this service, but was unable to due to a lack of log in credentials. They make it very difficult to cancel. Eventhough I emailed the billing email provided on the website, my email request for a cancellation was ignored. They say you must log into the website to cancel, but when I finally was able to log in and selected the "cancel my subscription" a pop up said I could not do so without first speaking to a representative. Scumbags!

Online and phone customer service is basically non-existent. Unable to cancel billing via phone...

Unfortunately, the online cancellation will be disabled if your account is on its renewal date or if your account has a balance owing.
