I purchased this product after filling out a lot of info and I was excited to make use of it. However, they don't tell you until after you've completed the purchase that the requirement to actually use the product NO LONGER WORKS AND IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH CURRENT IPHONES, making this product completely OBSOLETE. It was such a scam approach to collecting your money with no warning about the product requirements and now outdated compatibility with modern phones. Within 5 mins of purchasing the product and discovering it was USELESS, I submitted a help ticket requesting a refund. Month's later, I have yet to hear back from them at all. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. This is definitely a scam company that is monopolizing off of misinformation about their product capabilities.
