This is my third? (fourth?) purchase from Wink over the last 7? 8? years. Each time I've found the website cluttered, confusing and difficult to maneuver.
But the mattresses are CHEF'S KISS, perfecto! Thank you Wink for making such unbelievably comfortable mattresses! I'm 5'6,130 lbs, my husband is 6'11,265 lbs and we both love the PLUS mattress. A lot of my friends have started complaining about hip pain and mattresses - not me! And yes I tell them about Wink. A friend in Park City outfitted his condo with Wink mattresses in 2023 - I'll continue to spread the word!
I'll buy Wink as long as they're selling PLUS mattresses!

I'm disappointed the "skinny" box spring is no longer available. We bought one on Amazon. I get it though, Wink couldn't cover its costs for the price we paid.
Our fourth Wink mattress! I knew exactly what I was looking for and navigated the website easily.

Box springs! I miss the little narrow box springs that were available when we purchased our first Wink. Now I have to buy questionable box springs on Amazon. Bleh.
We love our two Wink mattresses, buying another for a guest room.
Please consider providing EASY TO FIND INFORMATION about the DIMENSIONS (ie height) of mattresses and bedframes. Frustrating trying to calculate heights using different bedframes. Gave up and DID NOT BUY A BEDFRAME from Wink, will buy one elsewhere.
We bought the mattress but not the bedframe due to the dearth of dimension information provided on the website.
The company has also discontinued its boxsprings? As a family of tall people, we need the additional height provided for the guest room. We're disappointed.
