Very disappointed with the lack of customer service. Today I was placed on hold for nearly 10 minutes and then transferred three times. I received a notice of a new $150 membership chargeāI will not be renewing as there are other more attractive card offers with more customer-friendly fees, rates, and service.
Failed to deliver on my low expectations. The site is less than helpful - does not respond to simply itinerary requests and injects frustration into travel planning.
