I'm a fan of my Helix Midnight Luxe hybrid California King mattress which comes with a hefty price but worth it. However……disappointed with the King Down/Feather pillow. I ordered 2 King pillows to complete the Helix ecosystem. The pillows come with a hefty price tag as well. That said, one of the pillows is flat, hardly any support. It's completely different than the other king pillow.
I reached out twice to Helix via e-mail and "eventually" got a response. Keep in mind I'm simply asking to exchange the flat 100.00 pillow. The response was basically "sorry we can't guarantee the pillow to be like the other ……. But you can return it and repurchase".
Not the great customer experience as stated within Helix website. I'll be seeking another retailer based upon this experience.
