False advertisement!They advertise that they will answer your question but then waste your time and want to charge you five dollars for an answer!
I am sorry to say that I am shop with 1-800 contacts. They have always been cooperative with excellent customer service. To offer a gift card after you make a large purchase was wonderful,But now they are not taking any responsibility because the gift cards DO NOT WORK! They only refer you to a website or an 800 number to call -which neither you offer a live person! It's a complete runaround!company does not support their offers or take any responsibility!horrible

I placed a large order for contact lenses with the agreement that I would receive $105 gift card!The card has been registered and used ones leaving about a $40 balance however every attempt I have made to use it since I am declined! To make matters even worse, when I call 1- 800 contacts they give me an 800 number to call. I specifically ask is it a lie person and was told yes! It is just a recording, lecturing for you back to the website, and the website that refers you back to the phone number! 1-800-contacts takes no responsibility at all-Which is a huge disappointment especially since I’ve always loved this company for their excellent, Customerservice! First time for me to order prescription glasses on line. Great quality. But the fit was a bit loose. I haven't recv'd them yet, but replacements are being sent They really are #1 in customer satisfaction. Attentive and professional. I hoping the replacements are on track and same quality..
Is there a zero or less star? 3 days of Chat communications. And still nothing is being done! Charged credit card twice for ONE item! Recv'd only 1 order confirmation from Groupon. They send you customer service phone numbers that don't even exist. This company is a scam. The same thing happened to me a few years ago. And I thought they would come clean! One ignorant rep even said they can't offer refunds after 3 days! Well, who would know until a statement arrives they made these extra charges! Any company that has 4-6 different customer service numbers and NONE are "no longer in service" is a big RED FLAG! Every chat rep stated my case 'has been escalated to a specialization team" and i would receive a call back. That was 2 days ago. And still nothing!
