I ordered a Pochita Mug from them back in December and still haven't gotten it. I contacted their support email with my order number as the subject asking for a refund and still haven't heard a response back from them yet. It has been 2 weeks now since I sent the original email. Do not buy from them it is a scam.

It would have been helpful to know it wasn't a scam.
