Be really careful when ordering these. They make it almost impossible to cancel. Quality can be good to Fair.
Tip for consumers:
Be very careful in signing up for this monthly subscription. I wanted to cancel the end of 6 months and it's taking me 4 months and each time calling the credit card and having the reverse charges. So the essentially are sending me free boxes. Stop sending these stupid boxes! And get rid of the bots that have names like serendipity, scout, importance and more. Those are not real names and not real people
Products used:
Use the monthly BarkBox. Wound up getting a few that were good the last three were very bad, and then you enter into cancel hell. You cannot find a way to cancel these. If you send them an email you end up getting these ridiculous people or bots that have pretend made up names and want to be your friend. Worst customer service ever!
