I ordered this necklace and when I received it it is a beautiful piece. Unfortunately it's too small for me. I emailed them they said that they would make it up and I have yet to get a response email I sent the necklace back by UPS and I keep sending emails and I'm being ignored and I just feel that is not the best practice for a business who wants to have repeat, and new customers I raved to my coworkers and families about this business and now I get the pleasure of telling them that they do not provide good customer service like I thought they were every new person is a potential business who could refer many more people for future business so I am not happy with the service. They can the necklace that I returned and obviously they need the money so I'm sure I'm not getting a refund so merry Christmas to you. Buyer beware. Customer service goes along way because people have choices and obviously and unfortunately I made the wrong decision dealing with this company. It's the principal.
