This is a company that markets itself as an honest review website. That being said, I have strong doubts. They require you to publish your own review, which on the surface, makes sense. It in a way ensures you're a real person writing the review. The issue is that after you go through the steps of publishing your review, they tell you it will be a few moments before your review shows up. If you look at the picture provided, I have already published the review on Judge.me and I have confirmed it was I who wrote it via the "Yes, It was me," link in their email. It has been well over a day and they have not published my review. This is a red flag. It seems like this company conveniently delays or simply doesn't display negative reviews. Maybe they have a deal with the distributors. Either way, I would not recommend trusting reviews coming from Judge.me.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered multiple lenses from this website. The order went through and I received confirmation of my purchase. It was made clear that orders ship in 1-5 business days. It has now been almost 2 weeks, no update, nothing. I sent an email in asking if this was a scam website, or if there was any update on my order. No response.

I utilized their chat feature and when I finally, I got a response. But when I did, it was more or less filled with lies about how they were out of stock on one of the lenses I ordered and that they sent me an email that I did not reply to. I have checked, rechecked and then checked my email (Spam too) again for this "email" they claim to have sent me, nothing. In their chat response they told me they will expedite my shipping, but in all honesty, I feel like this was just said to make me go away because that message was about 4 days ago now and I still have gotten no updates.

Long story short, do not order from this website unless you want to be stressed out, or if you have a desire to wonder if you have been robbed the amount of money you paid for your goods. I will never order from this company again and if I have still gotten no updates close to the 30 day window, I will be cancelling my order with my bank and reporting Vitopal as fraudulent. Do not make the mistake I made and order from Vitopal. 0 stars for this excuse of a company!
