“The projector lamp I ordered did not work at all, it never worked. They refuse return or reimburse”

The projector lamp was ordered about a year ago, but not put into use until this week, as the old bulb was still working. When I installed it, it did not work. I explained all this to them and paid to ship it back to prove it was damaged. They refused anything and were quite rude about it, calling me a liar.
