She knew what I needed and was very clear on the specific conditions on the big Island. We are very happy to be owning a professional grade air purifier, and having all the excellent support they offer. It was a pleasure to talk to a person that knows their business and the needs of the customer. Thank you so much. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know here in Hawaii. JD
