I subscribed for a monthly charge and they charged for a whole year and would not refund. They will not inform you of any renewal nor communicate any charges to your card. They have arbitrary time periods that they shift to suit their needs about when you can request a refund or contest a charge. Terrible customer service. Once you give them your credit card number they will abuse your trust. Stay away.
