To protect your hair from heat damage, let it air dry as often as possible. Combined heating tools like hair dryers and flat/curling irons can majorly damage the scalp and hair. If need to dry it fast, dry your hair with the lowest setting. This will preserve your hair, keeping it silky soft, and preventing it from becoming frizzy.

Apply Vaseline to your cuticles weekly. Since this feeds your nails, they should grow more quickly. It will also make your nails and cuticles look healthier. Results will happen instantaneously, as Vaseline can be a permanent help in this area.

Scientists have shown that people that have symmetrical features are perceived as beautiful. So, if you are hoping to be more beautiful, do what you can to have some symmetry.
