I ordered my bf a personalized cantina sign for Christmas in November. I have not recieved it or any news about it. After leaving numerous e-mails without a response, I mentioned taking further action. There is no way to reach them by phone and after looking at other reviews, this seems to be a common problem.
Someone finally responded that my CC has not yet been charged and the person that handles this will get in touch with me. (This has not happened yet)
2 days before Christmas and no present. I was excited about this gift so now I'm pretty sad and dissapointed.
I am happy to remove my review and not take further action if this company will just see to it that I get this gift quickly!
