I have found Alex to be an exceptional employee. He is patient, responsive and accessible. Previously, I used call centers for customer service. However, I was frustrated with the inconsistent call volumes and billing cycles which led me to seek out a company that could better meet my needs. Ecall Services has been a great fit for our business. I highly recommend working directly with your assigned representative as it will help ensure you get the best possible results.
